Today my Homeschool Co-op ran into a location hiccup and Gloria Jean's graciously came to our rescue. She was so kind and accommodating of our small [but rather loud] gathering. She doesn't realize just how much she quite literally saved the day by allowing us to gather in their coffee shop. The coffee is always on point as well! I have never, not once, had a bad experience here. Thank you so much for your extension of patience and kindness to us today.

Located in Crabtree Mall (next to H&M). Lots of seating in the coffee shop, chairs and sofa. Quiet place and the iced coffee was delicious!! I’m used to seeing more Gloria Jeans Coffee shops since I grew up around them in Illinois. But I think this is the only one open in North Carolina?!? So, if you’ve never had tried their coffee before, you’ll definitely enjoy it! Carmel Macchiato is my favorite. This location has sandwiches, muffins, hot and cold coffee and teas! Plus they sell lots of syrups and coffee for home!

Cute little shop tucked in a corner of the mall. Employees were friendly and able to recommend great drinks. Those were delicious and definitely rival starbies!

I am another grateful mother and educator of children in the home school group that benefited from her graciousness today. As previously stated, the drinks are amazing. Customer service is always top-notch. Especially after today. We really appreciate you.

Parking was easy to find, today on New Year’s Eve. It’s in the mall across from H & M, lower level of Crabtree Valley Mall. The customer service was upbeat and friendly. All smiles. I ordered a white chocolate, cherry chiller. It was very tasty. The coffee shop was clean and spacious. They offer seating if you want to enjoy your coffee inside. I can’t wait to try other flavors. I haven’t been to Gloria Jean’s since they were in North Hills over 20 years ago. I signed up for their rewards and went straight to the mall for some coffee. I will be returning soon.

Excellent coffee shop with friendly service and a variety of options! Very reasonably priced and good portions also. I did not get a chance to try any of the food there, but it looked good! Coffee on the other hand was very good. Will definitely go back!

I had been looking for this coffee chain for years now having remembered it as a kid and was glad to see it’s still around. I have fond memories of walking by it in the mall and smelling the aroma of fresh roasted coffee every time you entered. Pretty good service.
